Volta organized, on December 1st, 2017, in Rome, the Global Progress event “The future is no longer what it was / Il futuro non è più quello di una volta”.

This gathering, organized in partnership with the Center for American Progress, Canada 2020 and Policy Network, brought together a select group of progressive leaders, policy-makers, business leaders, strategist and opinion formers from across Europe, North America and New Zealand.

It focused on Populism and the new challenges progressives have to meet to beat it, with positive discussions surrounding the future of campaigning, innovation and Democracy, work and Economy of the future.
